Category Archives: The Americas Bonjour de la France! Yes, we made it overseas in one piece – and it only took 26 hours, two flights, and two trains! Our latest vlog is about that journey. Check it out to see what it was like to take such a long trip with a 14-month old. (Hint: There was some fatigue involved.)  Twelve nights, five different beds, five visits with family and friends, a thousand kilometers of driving. Bookmarked with international flights, complete with time-zone changes, and all accomplished with the presence of a toddler. Were we insane to embark on this trip?!?  After 4.5 months in Mexico, we’re heading off to Florida and France. I look back on our explorations of northern and central Mexico and realize that, even though we were focused on family, we still saw and did an amazing amount of beautiful, interesting and cultural things! Here’s the wrap-up of our tourism highlights!  After over 7 months on the road in our Big Blue Bus with a BABY, it was time to take a break. Check out our newest vlog, sharing all about our recent villa rental in the Mexican city of Cuernavaca. It was an amazing (and much-needed) 7 weeks!  I know, I know. It’s totally surprising that it’s taken us – professional tourists that we are – until now (exactly 6.5 months!) to bring Phoenix out for his first full day of tourism.
