After their three week adventure traveling in Morocco in a rented camper van, I interviewed my parents about their experience. Kasbahs, palmeraies, gorges, and desert dunes – my parents saw it all when they embarked with Bruno and I on a camper van adventure in Morocco! This entry is long and picture-heavy, so sit back, relax, and join us as we navigate high-pressure sales, ksars frozen in time, bad roads, crazy drivers, mountain passes, hairpin bends, camel rides, and a rental camper van!  For two weeks, fourteen members of my family and Bruno’s gathered in Taroudant, Morocco, for a family reunion. Between the delicious meals, the mix of fun and sun at the villa, and our Moroccan adventures (and misadventures), it’s safe to say our family reunion in Taroudant was an unforgettable trip.  I never cease to find it amazing how you can return to a place you’ve visited before and have a totally fresh experience. That’s how it’s been for me in France these past five weeks. Between new people, new places, new twists, and a few budding traditions, our time in France has been as interesting and special as always. |
