What a coincidence that you’re a long-time user of argan oil! I expect you already knew that where it came from and how it was processed, then? Have you ever tasted it in food? I’ve been using it for salad dressings and may even start drizzling it on top of stir fried veggies. It’s got a delicious nutty flavor! Yum!

Really enjoyed this blog. Photos gorgeous. Interestingly enough, I have been using Argon Oil for my hair for the past five years. The nut when opened reveals a delicious meat and I am told is considered a delicacy.

Aah yes Taroudannt…it will always be a wonderful memory regardless of the illnesses. I, too, am happy to have had the staff and truly they were great cooks who gave us an excellent array of Moroccan cuisine. And a big TY to you Brit and Bruno for a wonderful Christmas experience.

What a wonderful account of our time together in Taroudant. Makes me wish we could turn back the clock and start over, minus the illnesses. I could so eat more of Hafida’s mouth-watering cooking right now. I am very grateful to you and Bruno for all the hard work you put into organizing this gathering , for tending to myriad daily details, and for wanting your Dad and myself to be a part of it all.
