A quick update on my progress:
– I’ve gotten a cell phone and a SIM card
– I’ve found an apartment in a great, safe location! It’s a brand new apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, a nice big kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony.
– I’ve gotten a fridge, a toaster oven, a mattress, and a wardrobe.
Things I still have to do:
– get a library card at the library 30 seconds away from my apartment
– get a gym/pool membership
– find the best job/internship opportunity available to me
It’s been a busy week and it will continue to be so for another week or so. I promise to write more and post pictures of my apartment once everything settles down a bit.
