Author Archives: In an honest post, I share how our travel style has changed in our Big Blue Bus since the addition of a baby. Spolier alert: travel is a lot more difficult! I reflect on what aspects I have found challenging and end by divulging a somewhat surprising change to our travels.  I know, I know. It’s totally surprising that it’s taken us – professional tourists that we are – until now (exactly 6.5 months!) to bring Phoenix out for his first full day of tourism. I have decided to call 2018 the year of The Phoenix – my baby boy Phoenix, that is! For it is true – this entire year has truly revolved around welcoming him into our lives and adapting to parenthood.
