I have been quite busy with school this week because we are starting to get ready for final exams. I will be giving my English final on the 13th and 14th of March and, since I have to cover the entire year and not just what I’ve taught, I have had to spend a lot of time reading what the students covered before I arrived. It’s a lot of work and I’m not even close to being done, so I think that blog entries might lag just a tad.
But I wanted to give everyone an update on my “cause” for the school. I have raised more money that I could have even hoped for, but that has made my dreams for my cause even bigger. The school has agreed to give me one of the nicest rooms at the school to begin creating a future library. The principle is getting a quote from someone to see how much desks and shelves would cost. And I just need to go buy the books. I am getting very, very excited to do this for the children! But, as my dreams get bigger, I need your help more and more. So, those of you who haven’t responded yet, please do so – any little bit helps.
