Our family spent five whole weeks in Cholula, a lovely town just southeast of Mexico City, and just outside the equally lovely historic city of Puebla. We weren’t supposed to stay that long – a week, tops. But, as we began to unwind and wander and explore, we got into a wonderful groove that had me not wanting to leave!
